Dil Bole Oberoi starts with Svetalana (Reyhna Malhotra) blackmailing Omkara (Kunal Jaisingh) to sign the papers. Omkara gets a flashback of OmRu and Shivaay planning to fail Svetlana’s plan. Om signs on the papers. Gauri (Shrenu Parikh) wonders why Om is always tense when Svetlana is around. Svetlana shouts at Om and orders him to leave and work.

Tej takes a driller and tries to hurt Jhanvi as she is asleep. Gauri notices this and runs to call Om. Jhanvi looks at Tej and gets shocked. Gauri comes and tries to inform Om about the situation. Tej tries to threaten Jhanvi and tells her to get out of the Oberoi Mansion. He starts destroying Jhanvi’s room; Omkara and Rudra (Leenesh Mattoo) come there and save Jhanvi. Svetlana plans to kill Omkara so that she could go forward with her mission. Tej asks Jhanvi to get out of her life. He tells OmRu not to tie him with Jhanvi as his relation with her is over. Tej humiliates Jhanvi in front of OmRu, she couldn’t control and starts crying. Svetlana creates a chemical to kill Omkara. Tej asks Om and Rudra to make Jhanvi understand to get out from his life. Om gets angry and tells Tej that he will support Jhnavi. Svetlana inserts the chemical into fruits and plans to poison Omkara.

Om gets very angry on Tej and starts breaking his statues in anger. Gauri notices Om’s behavior and finds it weird. Om sees Shiv’s idol and blames God for whatever is happening in his life and proceeds to break Shiv’s statue. Gauri notices this and stops Om from doing so. She makes Om understand in her style, this makes Om’s mood better. She tries to make Omkara smile; Om pulls her cheeks and leaves. Gauri starts developing feelings for him. Pehla Nasha song plays…. Om removes Tej’s bed from his room and replaces it with a single bed for Jhanvi. Om tells Tej that he can sleep on the ground. This makes Om very angry. Om tells Tej that if he wishes to stay in the Oberoi Mansion he has to live with Jhanvi and if not, he asks him to leave. Tej and Om get into a heated fight. After fighting over Jhanvi, Tej leaves. Om finds it weird fighting with Tej and feels bad for doing so.
