Snacks…  in this week’s video, Jamie Utt discusses the importance of snacks. Huh…?  Just kidding! Actually, she recently faced a “snack dilemma” which reminded her how much it relates to being a physician liaison.

If you have kids or know any, you know how seriously they take snacks.  Take a look as Jamie discusses the importance of perspective. She humorously reminds us to never stop looking at our role from the office staff and provider’s point of view.

Often times, when an office calls us, we aren’t able to answer. If we take too long to return the call, they may get upset because in their mind…we had ONE job, THEM!
