Katy Perry has happily offered fans cherry pies based on her -now- famous recipe  she used to announce her new single "Bon Appetit"!

Perry, 32, was seen handing out cherry pies to some fans on Friday in Times Square in New York City.



The same day the pop icon also took to her twitter account to post a hands on tutorial video on how to cook the pie!

"No, seriously. This song is about cherry pie," Katy captioned the video.
