YAY! I am excited! I've long been wanting to make videos of my sewing patterns but alas, there is never enough time! BUT the good news is that one of our Facebook group admins, Amanda, has offered to do a live video....yes, you read right....a LIVE VIDEO sew along of one of my most popular patterns, The Snazzy Slouch! And its all happening in our Facebook group this Friday afternoon around 6pm Eastern Time (US).
The good news is if you miss the live show, you will be able to watch it again later! WOOP!
Here is a little bit about Amanda.....over to you Amanda:

I am Amanda and I have been a stay at home Momma (and work at home Momma) for the past 7 years. I am a Navy wife of 11 years and we are on our 3rd move. Currently, we are in Florida and loving the area. I have 2 girls, Jodie is 5 and Maggie is 7, and they are absolutely amazing and keep me on my toes.
I started sewing again to make gifts for families having babies about 6 years ago. I have always been a creative and I started out with a brother se400 and I’m not sure how I didn’t kill that thing! I now have a Janome 7700 and a Sailrite 111 (industrial) along with a embroidery machine and a serger that I have only used a few times so far.
Over the years I have made a few quilts, kids clothes, a dress for me to wear when my hubby made Chief (proud wife moment lol), an entire baby bedding set, and tons of bags and wallets. I also make jewelry from horsehair and do some other fun creating. '
OH, and last year about 2 weeks before Halloween my girls came to me and said one wants to be Jewel from Rio and the other wants to be a Jaoquin…I didn’t even know what that was but they turned out kind of cute.
I have offered to do some live videos with the Chris W Design patterns since people seem to love to be able to have a video to go by now. It will be a learning experience for all of us for sure but I’m excited to be able to help out with this!
