If can often be tough to make the changes that we wish to make in all areas of our lives including health and I’m able to give you the tools you need to make these changes and make them stick. I mean, honestly delivering this type of information in the nude has GOT to make more of an impression on the brain! I say that half joking but honestly it’s the scientific truth. Any time an event is more emotionally significant or causes a heightened sensory state (my extremely sexy naked body) it sticks out in our memory better and makes a bigger impression on us as a whole.

However for my customers who really are just interested in the coaching aspect and not worried about the tits and ass, I can deliver coaching clothed or over the phone as well.
