There is a reason I am the Chandler real estate guy at PhoenixRealEstateGuy.com. I love the city of Chandler, and I call it home. One thing a local real estate professional should be able to do is to tell you the best place to get __________________.

I spend a lot of time in the community. I am downtown Chandler on a regular basis, and you can often find me coming in and out of local establishments.

As a ‘Chandler Guy’ I also like to shop locally. If you follow my Instagram account, you will see my Instagram Story filled with #ShopLocal updates on a regular basis.

When talking to a local real estate expert, two things they will always be able to tell you are 1) Where are the best Chandler Coffee houses (no, sorry, Starbucks will not make this list, ever) and 2) Where is the best place to grab a burger and beer.

We are going to start with the first. Over the next five days, I am going to release my list of top five places to get a coffee in Chandler AZ. When I release number 1 on 9/24, I will do a Facebook Live Broadcast to make the announcement!

Will you agree with my list? You will likely agree with some and not others. That is ok; this is my list, not the only list. If you have something that is not on the list, I would love to hear it. There are several great Coffee Houses, and a few great ones I can think of that would make most top five lists in most cities, but did not because the competition in Chandler is so tough.

So what makes a great coffee house in my book? Well, to start with, they need to have a great atmosphere. It should feel like a place you would love to bring your spouse to go hang out, while at the same time a place you could crash for two hours and get some work done. Oh, and the coffee should be good too. Much better than Starbucks. Can you tell I am not a fan?

I will update this post every day with a link at the bottom. After this list is complete I will post the whole thing on the new Chandler Page we have coming soon. And then, we will start looking at other things in Chandler such as best sports bars (research is tough) and best pizza and best cupcakes. If I manage not to put on any weight during this research phase, I will consider that a win!
