What I was doing was…

One of those days today that seemed to change shape as soon as the day started so didn’t think about pointing myself at anything until this evening. I spent a few hours Drawing the Spaceship that appears in my novel. Had an emotional couple of days and although I wanted to work on the project I didn’t have the mind to write today, plus I felt the urge to draw (which happens rarely) so I thought I’d meet myself where I am and follow the feeling. Quite like the drawing actually, it was fun building it up with pencil, pen and pastels, and I had a moment where I saw that it did capture a mood from the book I’m writing -I will have it now as a thing to go back to for inspiration. Tomorrow will hopefully back on writing.
