Ingredients:

2 cups of peeled pistachios
1 cup of dried dates
juice and zest of 6 limes
Recipe:

1.5 cups of pistachios, dates and lemon zest grind into a homogeneous mass. Add the lime juice. Blind balls (you should get about 18 pieces). Grind the remaining pistachios and roll them balls.
