Dr. Mona El-Garf resigned from the Competition Protection and Prevention of Monopolistic Practices

Dr. Mona El-Garf said that she resigned from the Presidency of the Competition Protection and Prevention of Monopolistic Practices and was accepted on 23 November last year, noting that Acting Prime Minister Mustafa Medbouli asked her to remain in office until a new board of the Competition Protection Authority is formed.


And on the reports that it was removed revealed shelf for the "seventh day" that what is reported in this regard is not true at all and that it will return to teach at the university after having led the task of chairing the body for 4 years, noting that the post of head of the competition protection system is protected by law and It is only changed by a crime and this has not happened.


Dr. Mona El-Garf confirmed that its mission in the Competition Protection Authority has passed successfully and the board of directors of the Authority succeeded in uncovering a large number of important and sensitive issues and dealing with attempts to harm the interest of the Egyptian citizen.
