George RR Martin has three animated ‘Game of Thrones’ series in the works

The 75-year-old writer shared his love for the Netflix Animated series “Blue Eye Samurai” in his new blog post and then turned around to share updates on the new shows.

However, he hoped that the projects would find a life as “nothing is ever dead for good in Hollywood”.

The storyline for the two spin-off projects is not yet known

Of the third show in development, Martin wrote: “Work on the other two animated projects, however, continues apace… and in the meantime, we’ve moved NINE VOYAGES, our series about the legendary voyages of the Sea Snake, from live action to animation .A move that I fully support.”

The writer said that “budgetary constraints” would likely have made a live action version expensive, as half the show takes place at sea.

“So we have three animated projects going on right now… Will any of them make it to air? Will it happen? We don’t know. Nothing is certain in Hollywood.

But if it does happen, with one or two or all three shows, I hope we can make them as beautiful and moving as BLUE EYE SAMURAI. We will definitely try,” said the famous writer.

Martin’s books from the ‘Game of Thrones’ series became the basis for HBO’s mega-hit show that ran for eight seasons and he is also the creative mind behind ‘House of the Dragon’, a show set 200 years before the events of ‘Game of Thrones’ plays. Thrones”.

The second season of ‘House of Dragon’ premieres this summer.
