UNC Releases Photos of Suspect in Campus Sexual Assault
The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill has taken a significant step in the investigation of a sexual assault that occurred in one of its residence halls. On Monday evening, campus authorities released images of the suspect believed to be involved in the Incident.

This incident occurred at approximately 6:10 p.m. According to preliminary findings, the suspect followed the victim into the residence hall’s lobby and stairwell.
The Perpetrator
The suspect, who is currently being sought by UNC Police, is described as a young male, estimated to be between the ages of 18 and 22. He has short, curly hair and, at the time of the incident, was seen wearing shorts and a muted green shirt.
The Assault
Once the suspect caught up with the victim, he allegedly groped her and swiftly departed through the lobby stairwell.
