Austin Faani, a Nigerian filmmaker and director, has talked up about living with a Mentally Ill Partner.

He opened out about the various sacrifices he made for his wife while speaking at the Meticulous People Foundation Outreach, a foundation that works with mental illness.

Austin related an incident in which Chacha Eke shattered the mirror in the House because she believed someone were peering through it.

“One night I was sleeping and the next thing I heard was ‘wah’ and I woke up and looked everywhere and saw my wife standing in front of a large mirror around 1 a.m.”

She had shattered the mirror all over the floor. When I questioned what was going on, she explained that some people were creeping out of the mirror and she had to break it. stroked her and told her to go to sleep.

I am a devout Christian, but I believe Christianity has done more harm than good to Africans.

He slaughtered goats for his wife. I went her to a church in November 2021 because when I informed the pastor that my father-in-law had killed a lot of cows for her, he suggested I should do the same. So I dashed to Abraka market and purchased a large goat for her, but by the end of the day, the same thing had occurred to her.

And I was thinking, “What should I do next?”
