English is an International language. It is being spoken almost all over the world. If we want to acieve our desired position in our life, then we must know English well. But we Bangladeshi are not the native speaker of English. Our mother tongue is Bangla. English is our second language. In the foreign job market, many Bangladeshi are getting behind only lacking of their English language efficiency. I think we care about English from the early stage of our student life. That may be from Primary level. English is a compulsory subject of Primary Education Completion Examination(PECE). But there is a hidden fear about English in every student's mind. The government published the new question structure for PECE in14th April 2018. All exams will be held in 2018 according to 100% competency based. But most of the students are hardly struggling to read out a simple English sentence. So what will they do in the 100% competency-based exam? As a teacher, I have some suggestions which they can follow to improve their English. My suggestions are given below:

• At first grow your confidence level. Try to read out an English sentence or passage with courage whatever you find in front of you. These sentences or passages may be from your test book, English newspaper, Magazine or Invitation cards.
• Grow your interest in reading English day by day.try to speak English with your friends and write English every day according to your own sense. Never try to memorize anything.
• you should learn about the sentence, parts of the sentence, kinds of sentence, parts of speech and sequence of tense. Analysis every English sentence according to your grammar knowledge.
• enrich your vocabulary step by step.
• Be sincere in your English class and practice more and more what about you learned in your own institution.
