1)Saif-ul-Maluk Lake

Saif-ul-Maluk Lake is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in Pakistan. It is also called the Queen of Lakes. It is located in the Kaghan Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The distance from Naran to Saif-ul-Maluk Lake is approximately 9 kilometers. This distance can be covered within 1 hour of the jeep track. Its name, Saif-ul-Maluk Lake, is derived from a named Saif-ul-Maluk, who fell in love with a princess at this very lake.

Location: Neelum Valley AJK

The lake is located in the Dowarian, Neelum Valley of AJk. The distance from Dowarian to Ratti Gali Lake is approximately 17 kilometers. For the first 3 to 5 kilometers condition of the road is good but after that offroad starts and this 17-kilometer distance is done in 3 hours. The track is a jeep track and the rent of a jeep is 10thousand. Distance from basecamp and lake is also 3 kilometers, which is done in 40 minutes. Lake is open in August and closes in the mid of December. 

3)Dudipatsar Lake

Height:3,800 meters (12,467 feet)

Location: Kaghan Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Distance From Islamabad: 290 kilometers

The lake is located in the dudipatsar and Lulusar of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan. Dudipatsar Lake is located on an 8-hour track from  Besal. Basel is 50 kilometers from Naran. MULLA KI BASTI is located between Basel and Dudipatsar Lake. There are no jeep tracks here.

4)Upper Kachora Lake

Height:2,500 meters (8,200 feet)

Location: Skardu region of Gilgit-Baltistan

Distance From Islamabad: 590 kilometers

Upper Kachura Lake, also known as Shangrila Lake, is located in the Skardu region of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. It is 6 kilometers from Shangrilla and the track is good.. Accommodation and facilities are provided at the nearby Shangrila Resort, enabling tourists to relax and immerse themselves in the natural splendor.

5)Attabad Lake

Height:2,559 meters (8,396 feet)

Location: Hunza Valley of Gilgit-Baltistan

Distance From Islamabad: 625 kilometers

Attabad Lake is situated in the Hunza Valley of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. It was formed as a result of a massive landslide in January 2010 in Attabad. It is located near the Karakoram Highway.

6)Ansoo Lake

Height:4,245 meters (13,927 ft)

Location: Kaghan Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 

Distance From Islamabad: 240 kilometers

Ansoo Lake is located in the Kaghan Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan. Due to Its Tear shape, it is called ansoo lake. Its Track start from Saif ul Malook Lake. This track can be done by horse or by walk. It’s totally offroad 10 kilometers from  Saif Ul Malook and 20 Kilometers from Naran.

7)Mahodand Lake

Height:2865 meters (9,400 ft)

Location: Swat Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 

Distance From Islamabad: 355 kilometers

Mahodand Lake is loacated in the Swat Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan. The distance from Kalam to mahodand is 35 kilometers. It’s a Jeep or bike track of 3 hours. There are three best places between the mahodand lake,usho Forest, Usho Village, and Matiltan Waterfall.

8)Banjosa Lake

Height:1981 meters (6,500 ft)

Location: Rawalakot in Azad Kashmir

Distance From Islamabad: 132 kilometers

Banjosa Lake is situated in Rawalakot in Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. Surrounded by Pine Forest. It is located 18 Kilometers away from Rawalakot. The condition of the road is carpeted. Many People boating there. Snowfall in December and January here. 

9)Patlian Lake

Height:3700 meters (12100 ft)

Location: Neelum Valley AJK

Distance From Islamabad: 210 kilometers

Patlian Lake is situated in Lawat, Neelum Valley Road, Azad Jammu, and Kashmir, Pakistan. The distance from Lawat to Patlian Lake is 25 km and it takes 3.5 hours to get there. It is totally Off-road you first go to Lawat and then hire a Jeep. The Rent of a Jeep is 10 Thousand.

10)Chitta Katha Lake

Height:4100 meters (13500 ft)

Location: Shounter Valley AJK

Distance From Islamabad: 300 kilometers

Chitta Khata Lake is situated in Lawat, Neelum Valley Road, Azad Jammu, and Kashmir, Pakistan. The lake is accessible from Kel by a 20 kilometers jeep track and then 5 kilometers hiking track.
