Ronke Ojo, a Nigerian actress also known as Ronke Oshodi Oke, has talked openly about her unsuccessful one-year marriage that nearly drove her nuts.

During an interview with actress Biola Abayo for the program “Talk To B,” Ronke Oshodi Oke makes this revelation.

Ronke stressed that the psychological damage caused by her failed marriage left her emotionally unstable to the point where she nearly committed suicide in public.

She went on to add that she had been stopped from leaving the house in such manner by her late companion, the late actress Bunmi.

She said:

“At a point, I almost lost my sanity, like mo fe ya were. I got out of my ex-husband’s room naked, I was going to walk outside nak3d. It was Bunmi, may her soul rest in perfect peace who drew me back. I was about to walk out butt naked.”

She described the trauma she went through as “mental torture” and said she wouldn’t want it on anyone. She then urged ladies to understand the difference between a man who doesn’t care about his woman and a man who is poor.
