IT SKILLS: THE EASIEST WAY TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Many graduates have lost interest in Nigeria due to a lack of work opportunities; the only way to be successful in Nigeria without social privilege/mobility is to have an IT talent.

My name is Ola, and in this essay, I will discuss various IT skills that you may learn as a graduate or undergraduate student in order to earn amazing internet money and become self-sufficient.

Individuals of any age, gender, or other characteristics can learn a variety of IT skills. Some people may wonder if they are too old to enroll in an IT school; if this is you, the answer is Yes, there is no age restriction for an IT talent. As a computer science student, I began learning website design and Development during my final year. I used my final year project to master some of the web development abilities.

Before I continue with this essay, let me list some of the IT abilities that you may learn as an individual to become self-sufficient. Some of these talents demand capital, while others do not.

The following are some IT skills that you can learn regardless of your age or gender.

Design and development of websites

Marketing via the internet

Affiliate promotion

Design and development of mobile applications

Design of hybrid mobile applications

Literacy in the digital age

Microsoft software

Designing graphics

Networking in computing

Repair of mobile phones

Data examination

Cyber safety

Writing content

Video retouching

Application Development and Website Design

This component of technology is not new; it has been there for a long time. Many individuals have made good money online using this talent; it is not too late for you to join them. A website can be built in two ways: from scratch or using a CMS (Content Management System).

A website Developer is classified into three types: front-end, back-end, and full-stack. A front-end developer is in control of your website’s layout and design, or what you can see with your eyes on a website, whereas a back-end developer is in charge of what happens in the black box. A full-stack developer is someone who does both frontend and backend development.

A front-end developer must use tools such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, react, Javascript, Jquery, and others. A backend developer will need tools such as PHP, SQL, MYSQL, PYTHON, JAVA, LARAVEL, DJANGO, and others.

As previously said, you can build a website from scratch or from a CSM (Content Management System). If you want to build a website from the ground up, you can learn how to use WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Blogger, and other platforms. These are a few of the most popular Content Management Systems.

Web/website Design and Development is in high demand in current generation, depending on your level of expertise. If you know how to design a dynamic website for both personal and business usage, you can work remotely for a firm while also creating one for personal use.

Design and development of mobile applications

Mobile Application Design and Development is another skill that you can learn as an individual. It is a very lucrative skill, and if you are very proficient in it, it is a good way to earn your cool online money. You can work for a company remotely as a Mobile App Developer, or you can create one for yourself for personal use and earn money from it.

A mobile App developer will need tools such as Android Studio, Flutter, Java, Kotlin, Ionic, Electron, and so on. This is determined by the type of Mobile Application you choose to create.

As someone who does not have any IT skills, he or she will lag behind; most companies/startups are no longer interested in someone without skills; there are some organizations that will render you useless if you are proficient in one IT skill; they will want you to be able to do more with less.

As an IT professional, you can easily earn more than $50 each day from the comfort of your own home. Most people’s concerns, I believe, are where to begin and how to obtain the necessary funds. This article will provide answers to these questions.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, my advice to the readers of this article is to enroll in an IT course if you haven’t already. As I mentioned in my post, there are several IT courses available, and being skilled with IT is an added advantage. It is well known that without an IT skill, it is difficult to get hired these days.

This is volume 1 (one) of this article; I will explain those IT skills one by one in the subsequent volumes of this article; the next volume of this article will also include how you can make money with those IT skills without being hired by any company, as we all know that in order to have peace of mind, you must be self-sufficient; what someone can earn in a few days is what you are hoping to have in 30 days, and sometimes more.
