A man Caught stealing women’s underwear in New York Apartment

A person who steals women’s underwear was caught on camera repeatedly going through dryers in the laundry room of an apartment building. The thief targeted the same building on East 64th Street in Manhattan, New York at least twice this month.

Video footage captured the thief entering the building’s laundry room on September 5th. He proceeded to open a running dryer and search through it. He hand-picked around twelve pairs of panties and placed them in a black bag. Afterwards, he moved on to the second dryer.

The theft went unnoticed until a female tenant returned to collect her laundry and realized that almost all of her underwear was missing. The woman explained, “At first, my building’s superintendent thought I was crazy, but we reviewed the security camera footage and found evidence of the theft.

The man does not live in the building. He didn’t appear threatening, but his actions were extremely creepy, focusing solely on stealing underwear.” When the thief returned to the building on September 20th, he was immediately spotted by the maintenance man.

Surveillance videos show the maintenance man and superintendent waiting for the thief as he exited the laundry room, then chasing him away from the building. Additionally, another man, who was walking his dog, attempted to grab the thief’s backpack but was unsuccessful.
