Burna Boy – “I Told Them…” Climbs To No 1 In Jamaica And 54 Other Countries On Apple Music

Burna Boy’s 7th studio album, “I Told Them…,” released on August 24, 2023, is currently No. 1 in 55 countries including Jamaica, the U.K. and U.A.E on Apple Music. The album features a star-studded lineup of international stars such as 21 Savage, Dave, Seyi Vibez, J. Cole, GZA and RZA of the Wu-Tang Clan, and Byron Messia.

Only 2 other African albums have ever peaked at No. 1 on Apple Music in more than 50 countries at the same time and they Beth belong to the Ye Ye singer.  “Love, Damini” peaked at No. 1 in 69 countries,  “Twice As Tall” in 59 countries.

Still on Apple Music Jamaica: At No. 2. is Beyoncé’s “RENAISSANCE.”
