Things start out very well from this point on and simply keep getting better. By lowering the scale, Iron Man 3 surpasses Iron Man 2. Instead of juggling a large number of plot lines and characters at once, Stark and his physical and mental issues as a result of The Avengers’ events are the main focus of the film.

Iron Man may face fewer threats and have fewer connections to other MCU films, but the film is more intimate for the character. Additionally, it gives Downey Jr.’s acting abilities a chance to really stand out, and writer-director Shane Black adds a fair amount of humor to the proceedings. It doesn’t shake things up as much as the title might lead you to assume, but there are some long-lasting effects and respectable action scenes to appreciate.

The film’s portrayal of Tony Stark, which places him on the side of the politicians and the authorities when he backs the Hero Registration Act while Captain America opposes it, is one area of constraint. While it’s wonderful that the movie is attempting to present a more serious subject when it comes to Tony, it seems like it should be the other way around.

Spider-Man: Homecoming(2017)

From this point forward, everything is in great shape. After playing a fleeting but noteworthy part in Civil War, Spider-Man: Homecoming marked the first opportunity for the MCU’s new Peter Parker to properly shine. Tom Holland didn’t let us down, and the movie is a joyful and jovial take on Spider-Man where he feels more like a child than ever before, and the plot of the movie nearly plays out like a teen comedy/coming-of-age movie.

It also gives Tony Stark a wonderful opportunity to play a mentor-like position for Peter, serving as the oldest and most seasoned member of the Avengers while mentoring its newest member. Overall, the film is good, and it marked the beginning of a strong trilogy for Tom Holland’s portrayal of the defining Marvel superhero.
