South Africa can comfortably beat England in their World Cup semifinal if they can dial in the same emotional pitch they had against hosts France, writes Nick Mallett.

We always said that it would be very unlucky for two of the teams from groups A and B to be knocked out of the World Cup quarterfinals just because of world rankings.
