Ex-NFL player Rashad Jennings fails on easy chance to win ‘Wheel of Fortune’ puzzle: ‘You know the rules of the game?’

Talk about a Giant mistake!

Former NFL running back Rashad Jennings dropped the ball during Wednesday’s episode of “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” when he gaffed on a one-letter fill to complete a puzzle featuring iconic movie director Quentin Tarantino.

Jennings, 38, needed the letter “Q” to complete Tarantino’s first name in order to spell out “DRIVING TO RENO WITH QUENTIN TARANTINO” for the game’s “rhyme time” category.

Jennings, who spent 7 seasons in the NFL — three of which with the Giants, confidently proclaimed the letter “P” after his spin landed on the $600 mark.

“No, No, I’m sorry no,” longtime “Wheel” host Pat Sajak said.

Someone could even be heard in the background laughing as soon as Jennings blurted his off-the-grid answer as he had $4,050 banked.

Jennings, who played for the “The Rashad Jennings Foundation,” poked fun at the viral moment as he teased his appearance on the iconic game show.

“You will definitely get a laugh,” Jennings told his Instagram followers ahead of the episode.

Social media users wasted no time and let Jennings have it on X after the hilarious mishap.

“Rashad Jennings is the worst Wheel of Fortune player of all time!” one user cruelly joked.

“Even if he doesn’t know who that is, to guess anything other than a Q, like… do you know the rules of the game you’re currently playing?” another user tried to fathom.

Others came to Jennings’ defense in the wake of the blooper.

“I mean it really is bad, but if he doesn’t know who he is, can’t really blame him too much. Puentin is pretty far-fetched for someone’s name though,” one X user said.

Jennings joined former defensive end and sports analyst Marcellus Wiley as well as defensive end Jared Allen as all three competed for a chance at $1 million for the charity of their choice.

Jennings joins the long list of “Wheel of Fortune” contestants to be stumped in humiliating fashion on an obvious answer.

A contestant named Kate shocked fans when she was stumped on guessing the answer “fixing a leak” in the “What Are You Doing?” category.

Kate tried so hard to guess the clear-cut answer to solve the puzzle, giving answers such as “raking a leaf” and “moving a leaf” — making the matter only worse.

When Sajak gives her the correct answer, Kate says “I kept thinking of doing something else with a leak and I didn’t think that was it.”
