The National Assembly's Powers and Privileges Committee is considering charges against several EFF MPs for the disruptions that took place during House sittings in June and August 2022.
Rowdy EFF MPs facing costly disciplinary actions for allegedly disrupting House sittings, were at the heart of unearthing and combatting state capture and are being punished by Parliament for doing their jobs.
This is according to the lawyers of a group of EFF MPs accused of disrupting various parliamentary sittings and who had to be violently removed from the meetings.
