I can't believe the franchise began 17 years ago.
Before there were Vanderpump Rules and Ultimate Girls Trip spinoffs, there were just simpler times of The Real Housewives of (a costly city).

Now, the age of the franchise is getting up there. I felt it was necessary to give flowers to some housewives who stuck around the longest and see how they held up and maintained a steady slay over the many, many years.

Here are 17 of the longest-lasting housewives when they started vs. what they look like now:
1. Miss Cynthia Bailey joined the third season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2010 and eventually chose to leave the series in 2021 after eleven consecutive seasons.

2. The infamous Lisa Rinna didn't join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills until the fifth season in 2014.
