Generation 1: Clefable

Clefable may have been one of the original 151 Pokemon, but it wasn’t until the introduction of the Fairy type that it began to shine. With its incredibly powerful attack, Grimmsnarl’s move set fully utilizes its strengths. You will have no problem with dishing out damage when Grimmsnarl is on your team. Its Typing also provides STAB for Play Rough and Spirit Break which makes it a veritable damage dealer.

Generation 9: Tinkaton

The Fairy/Steel combination gives Tinkaton a large advantage over more than half the Types in the game. It resists 9 Types and is fully immune to 2 others. Out of the remaining 7 Types, only 2 are actually Super Effective against Tinkaton.

Moveset: Gigaton Hammer, Knock Off, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave

Pokedex Entry: “The hammer tops 220 pounds, yet it gets swung around easily by Tinkaton as it steals whatever it pleases and carries its plunder back home.”

Its signature move is incredibly powerful. Gigaton Hammer has 160 Power and 100% Accuracy. The only drawback is you can’t use it two turns in a row. Tinkaton evolves from Tinkatuff at level 38, which evolves from Tinkatink at 24. The easiest way to obtain a Tinkaton is to find a Tinkatuff in North Province Area One and Two.
