Good morning! How are you? I hope you're well and managing to keeping warm. It's 1 degree centigrade here and there's still a thin white coating in the garden from yesterday's surprise snowfall. Brrrr!

Short and sweet this week - I want to show you my work in progress. A couple of kitten dolls found new homes last week, which is always wonderful! Since I still have Stuffing I decided to replace them and make a few more. These will be the last ones I make this year. So they're all cut out, embellished and sewn - they're just a bit flat. Next job stuffing and then photography for the shop update on Tuesday evening. I had fun with this lot. They're made from silk - some of it hand painted, and they've been embellished with hand knitting or embroidery and mother of pearl buttons. I’m excited to see how they're going to look.

I should also mention that there are a few good reductions on a handful of the larger elephant and cat soft-sculptures. They are very quirky and completely one of a kind creatures. Lots of love and care went into them but I really need to make space for new work so if you've had your eye on any of them now might be a good time to grab yourself a bargain!

Can't believe it's almost December. It's been another strange year but it's gone in the blink of an eye!
