Bholaa is a Hindi-language action-adventure film released in 2023 in India. Ajay Devgn directed the film, which was produced by Ajay Devgn FFilms, Reliance Entertainment, T-Series Films, and Dream Warrior Pictures, and written by Aamil Keeyan Khan, Ankush Singh, Sandeep Kewlani, and Shridhar Dubey. The movie is a remake of the 2019 Tamil film Kaithi, and features Ajay Devgn in the lead role as Bholaa, along with Tabu, Deepak Dobriyal, Sanjay Mishra, Gajraj Rao, and Vineet Kumar. The film also has special appearances from Amala Paul, Abhishek Bachchan, and Raai Laxmi.

Plot
The movie follows the story of Bholaa, an ex-convict who is tasked with transporting a truckload of poisoned cops to the hospital while fighting off criminals in exchange for meeting his daughter, who he has not seen for ten years. The principal photography of the movie took place from January 2022 to January 2023 in Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Varanasi. The film score and soundtrack album were composed by Ravi Basrur, while Aseem Bajaj handled cinematography and Dharmendra Sharma edited the film. The film was released on 30 March 2023 and received mixed reviews.
In the movie, SP Diana Joseph arrests members of the Sikka Gang and seizes a stash of cocaine worth 1,000 crores. Abbas Ali, an undercover officer, informs Joseph about Ashwathama (Ashu), the co-leader of the Sikka Gang, and provides information about him. Ashu, in turn, seeks help from corrupt NCB officer Devraj Subramaniam and asks him to add rohypnol to the drinks at the farewell party of IG Jayant Malik, which renders everyone unconscious except Diana. Bholaa, who has been released from prison, is requested by Joseph to transport the sedated officers to the hospital and then to Laalganj Police Station, despite his initial reluctance. Meanwhile, Ashu hires a bounty hunter to pursue Joseph and her police team.
On the journey, the team is attacked by various gangs, but Bholaa reveals his fighting skills and eliminates the goons. Ashu sends his gang to attack the police station to free his brother, Nithari, who was caught with the cocaine. Joseph assigns a new inspector, Angad Yadav, to defend the police station. When Ashu and his gang arrive, they try to breach the barricaded police station, but Yadav and some students hold them off. Joseph almost falls for Nithari's trap but realizes in time and foils their plan. Ashu gets into the police station, but Yadav and the students manage to arrest him. During the scuffle, the student Chetan is killed by Ashu's gang, and Yadav kills Ashu in retaliation. Later, Bholaa narrates his past to Kadchi, revealing that he was a notorious gangster who gave up his criminal ways after falling in love with a doctor named Swara, who was later killed by a gang leader known as Chomu. Bholaa is separated from his daughter, Jyoti, after being sentenced to a long prison term. Eventually, Bholaa regains consciousness after being stabbed by Deep Singh, while Joseph and Kadchi are taken away. Abbas is killed when he is discovered as the mole.
