The reel shows Webster performing a 70kg weight lift. Donning black shorts, a red cap, and yellow sneakers, the weightlifting maestro aces the single-hand jerk movement like no other. While performing the clean movement with both hands he swiftly shifts to a one-hand jerk above the head. “You didn’t see that WORLD RECORD coming 70KG,” he captioned the post.

Fans were left gasping at his effortless one-hand weight-lifting stunt. They expressed their disbelief in the comments section. One fan commented, “That’s not funny I can’t even snatch that weight with 2 hands.” Another follower wrote in bewilderment, “This is defenitely a super power!” Appreciating the ease with which Webster nailed the stunt, another fan wrote, “OH MY GODDDDD!!! Looking smooth mate!!!”

A comment also mentioned the fitness coach’s physique, “Also, can we just acknowledge how lean/ripped you’re looking at the moment!!” While realizing the risk involved in such feats, a viewer commented, “I’m wanna try this so bad, but know it’s ridiculously risky.” Needless to say, it is only after years and years of hardwork and training that Webster is able to do such stunts effortlessly.

Webster took to weightlifting as a kid at 11 years. And at 29 years, he had already spent more than half of his life lifting weights. He credits his superior mobility to his efforts when he was younger and his body was more flexible.
