Here's the latest update from PAGASA for the Typhoon Jenny with International name "Koinu".
SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "JENNY" {KOINU} was estimated based on all available data at 360 km East of Basco, Batanes (20.2°N, 125.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 165 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 205 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
FORECAST:
Western Visayas, Palawan, including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.
The rest of Visayas will will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of TY Jenny / Localized Thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds from Southwest will prevail over the whole Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.
PAGTAYA:
Ang Western Visayas, Palawan, kasama ang Kalayaan Islands, at Occidental Mindoro ay magkakaroon ng maulap na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan at pagkidlat-pagkulog dahil sa Southwest Monsoon.
Ang natitirang bahagi ng Visayas ay makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulo-pulong pag-ulan, pagkidlat, at pagkulog dulot ng Trough ng TY Jenny / Localized Thunderstorms.
Mahina hanggang sa katamtamang hangin mula sa Timog-kanluran ang iiral sa buong Visayas, Palawan kasama ang Kalayaan Islands, at Occidental Mindoro na may banayad hanggang sa katamtamang pag-alon ng karagatan.

Ang Western Visayas, Palawan, lakip ang Kalayaan Islands, ug Occidental Mindoro makasinati ug madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa katag-katag nga pag-ulan ug pagpanugdog-kilat tungod sa Habagat.
Ang nahabiling bahin sa Visayas makasinati ug panagsang mapanganuron ngadto na sa madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak na pag-ulan ug pagpanugdug-kilat tungod sa Trough sa TY Jenny / Localized Thunderstorms.
Hinay ngadto sa kasarangan nga hangin gikan sa Habagatang-kasadpan ngadto sa Kasadpan ang magpasulabi sa tibook Visayas, Palawan lakip na ang Kalayaan Islands, ug Occidental Mindoro nga adunay hinay ngadto sa kasarangan nga pagbalud sa kadagatan.
