Before Riding a pet in public transportation is a hassle since most PUVs does not allow pet to ride with their vehicles. Being a commuter myself, I experienced riding with passengers hiding their pets inside the traveling bag.

Here are the "Guidelines on How to be a Responsible Pet Owner Riding on a Public Transportation"

1. Pet Owner should ensure that pet animals must wear diaper to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times. (except Roosters pets)
2. Pet Owner shall provide sufficient food and water during travel.
3. Pet Owner should ensure pet animals must be put in a cage/ animal carrier free from foul odor; without having to compromise safety, health issues and convenience of other passengers.
4. Pet Owner should always bring with them a written permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry at all times.
