On Friday, two new promotional films for Jun Inagawa’s original television Anime Mah Shjo Magical Destroyers (Magical Girl Magical Destroyers) went up on the show’s official website. Otaku Hero is shown in the first promotional video. The second video introduces Magical Girl Destroyers Kai, a brand-new mobile game for the anime.
Anarchy, Blue, and Pink, the anime’s protagonists, will all appear in the game. For the game, Peace, a new heroine will be voiced by Sumire Uesaka. She is also singing “Rebellion,” the tune that serves as the game’s theme. On February 1, a pre-registration drive will start.
The anime will make its television debut in April as part of the Animeism block on the MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS channels.
Four otakus struggle for freedom in the anime when a strange entity begins eradicating the otaku culture in the year 2008.
The main actors in the anime are:

The opening theme music, “MAGICAL DESTROYER,” is sung by Blue’s voice actor Aimi, and the artist unit of composer Akira Hashiba. The last theme tune, “Gospelion in a Classic Love,” is performed by The 13th Tailor.
The plot and unique character designs, which were based on ideas from his prior art work, are ascribed to Inagawa. The anime is being directed by Bibury Animation Studio’s Hiroshi Ikehata (FLCL Progressive, Kiratto Prima-Chan), who also worked on Grisaia: Phantom Trigger, The Quintessential Quintuplets, and Azur Lane. The assistant director is Masao Kawase (Azure Striker Gunvolt action director, Kiratto Pri-Chan assistant director). The screenplays for the show are written by Daishiro Tanimura, who also wrote the episodes of Golden Kamuy and Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet.
A prior live-action teaser was directed by Inagawa, and “film” was attributed to Udai. The “magical girl” credit goes to Manjimaru Shimada, while Ucary & the Valentine provided the musical accompaniment. Producer Anan Kaminaka was involved. The logo was created by graphic designer GUCCIMAZE.
Inagawa is renowned for fusing several subcultures together, including anime and music. Inagawa has worked with several clothing companies and performers, but this is the first project where he had the freedom to accomplish what he “really wanted to do.”
