Storyline
In the manga and anime series Sekirei, Minato Sahashi is a 19-year-old boy who has failed his college entrance exam for the second time in a row. His life changes when he meets several women with special powers called “Sekirei”. He is dragged into a battle that could decide the fate of the world.
In the first episode, Minato meets a strange girl named Musubi. He discovers that she is a “Sekirei” and that he is her “Ashikabi” (i.e. Master).
Musubi is one of 108 beings known as Sekirei. They are about to be engaged in a Battle Royale across Tokyo, headed by the mysterious MBI organization. Minato “wings” Musubi with a kiss and becomes her Ashikabi for the battle royale.
