CAF Champions League: Finidi confident of Enyimba scaling through Al Ahly Benghazi hurdle

Olanrewaju Yemi is optimistic that Enyimba will get a favourable result in the second leg of their Caf Champions League preliminary round encounter against Libya’s Al Ahly Benghazi.

The Nigerian champions lost the first leg 4-3 on Sunday.

Enyimba need to score a goal without conceding to progress to the next round.

Yemi, who is the first assistant to Enyimba head coach, Finidi George, is upbeat that they can turn things around.

“Looking at the game generally, I see more positives than negatives,” he told DAILY POST.

“The players know what’s at stake in the return leg; it’s going to be different and hopefully we are going to win it.”

The encounter is slated for the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.
