Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has claimed that the club’s manager, Jurgen Klopp, must be jealous of his Arsenal counterpart, Mikel Arteta.

According to him, the German boss must be envious of the attacking duo of Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli.

Saka and Martinelli have been incredibly outstanding for Arsenal this season. While Saka has netted 13 times and made 10 assists, Brazil international Martinelli has also been a key player for Arsenal.

Martinelli has also scored 13 goals and has provided four assists in 39 games.

He told The Telegraph: “Jurgen Klopp has had little cause to be envious of other squads during his Liverpool reign. He does now. He must wish half of [Mikel] Arteta’s team were in his starting XI.”
