The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ọjájá II) CFR, who was a special guest at the event, presented the award to the Governor on behalf of the management of The Sun Newspapers.

The ceremony was held on Saturday 28th January at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island in Lagos.
