Bhubaneswar Youths Are  risking their lives for social media fame :


In Bhubaneswar, some youths hit a bus and one of them started bleeding while making a Reels video. Similarly, in Khurda Tapang, a young woman died from suffocation after coming into contact with electricity while filming.

Some young people engage in Dangerous Stunts, such as jumping on moving trains or doing bike stunts on Khandagiri, Udayagiri, Jayadeva Batika, and Shikarchandi. However, accidents can happen in places like schools or with deadly weapons, leading to injuries or loss of life.


The Odisha Police have taken steps to prevent such incidents, including warning against dangerous stunts and taking legal action against those who engage in them. The police have also investigated incidents of cutting cakes with swords, which have become a trend in Bhubaneswar.


Recently, five people were arrested in Infovalley for cutting a cake with a sword during a birthday celebration, and another person was arrested in Thana Madanpur for the same offense. The police urge young people to avoid risky activities and to act as responsible citizens.
