  1. Preheat: First, preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 375 degrees F. 
  2. Toss: Meanwhile, place chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with olive oil and ¼ teaspoon salt. Or just spray chickpeas with cooking spray before salting.
