The state Command of Akwa Ibom has detained a young guy named Akpan Okon Akpan for allegedly lighting another man on fire after a dispute over a Phone charger.The state commissioner of police, Olatoye Durosinmi, paraded the Suspect alongside other suspects involved in various crimes at the command center. He claimed that the suspect, a roadside petrol seller, had during an argument with his
