Finally the wait is over for the Punjabi Cinema Lovers Because much awaited Movie ‘EJDK Chal Jindiye’ is released in cinema halls lately. So we will review this movie in this article. So firstly, let us tell you about the credits of the movie. ‘Chal Jindiye’s Story is penned by Jagdeep Warring. Neeru Bajwa, Jass Bajwa, Kulwinder Billa, Aditi Sharma, Gurpreet Ghuggi and Rupinder Rupi played main lead roles in this movie. The captain of the ship is Uday Pratap Singh. Meanwhile, ‘Chal Jindiye’ is helmed by Uday Pratap Singh.
Characters/Acting All the lead characters played their character so well that people will laugh and cry with them while watching the movie. Neeru Bajwa played the character of a single mother of small girl child who is not living at safe place and not working on the safe place even. Moreover, Jass Bajwa played the character of Mehtaab who moved to abroad illegally in 1980’s. Mehtaab’s only wish is to meet his mother after going back to Punjab. Kulwinder Billa and Aditi Sharma can be seen in characters of Teji and Sift, youngsters who do no take their life so seriously, instead they enjoy the life and love each other childishly. Gurpreet Ghuggi and Rupinder Rupi played the role of a couple who are living in abroad from so long that even their children are fully westren and disrespect them also. All of these characters are so much near to reality so the people can relate to them.
Story /Cocept We have seen Pollywood movies in which we already saw the craze of youths to go to abroad but we before ‘Chal Jindiye’, we have not seen the movie which also describes the problems of poeple living in abroad so deeply and also depicts the story of people who want to comeback to their motherland. So Jagdeep Warring did his job so well that we can witness a movie which is full of emotions and reality based events.
Music The music’s creditis goes to Gurmeet Singh, who have produced music for more than 130 Pollywood films and got many awards for his splendid work. In Chal Jindiye too Gurmeet Singh shows his magic that not even a single song seems unrelatable in the movie. All the songs fits in the story so well that we do not feel disconnected from the story while watching the songs.
Overall This movie is a must watch for plethora of reasons because it sets a benchmark for the Punjabi film industry. Moreover, the film depicts the journeys of people which became stories. Apart from this, if you will watch the movie, you will get to know that this movie is a completely different from common Punjabi Movies.
