You have the ability to terminate your session at any time from the Board or Desk Series device you are using. This will delete all browsing data and whiteboards for the subsequent user.
This topic is only relevant to devices that are shared.
Every day at midnight, your Whiteboards and web data will be wiped automatically. This is the default setting. Inquire with the administrator of your computer system whether the automatic cleanup has been turned off or is scheduled to take place at a different time.
Board, Desk Series
- Swipe in from the right side of the screen when you are ready to quit the session you are currently in. Then, select the End session option.
- Make a decision as to whether all whiteboards, all website data, or everything should be wiped clean. It is important to note that the option to delete website data is only available on devices that run the web engine.
DX70, DX80
- To end your session, tap the device’s name in the upper left corner, and then select the End session option from the menu that appears.
- Make a decision as to whether you wish to clean out all of the whiteboards, all of the website data, or both. It is important to note that the option to delete website data is only available on devices that run the web engine.
