Manage Numbers and Extensions for Devices in Cisco Webex Control Hub

You have the ability to add extensions to users inside your company as well as remove them.

Assign Numbers to Devices and Connect a Number to an Extension

At any time, you are able to assign numbers to the many devices that belong to a user. You have the ability to provide users extensions that are connected to their main work number. Displays on phones will reflect any extensions that have been assigned.

1 Go to the Users section in the customer view of https://admin.Webex.com, and then choose the user to whom you wish to give a number.

2 Navigate to the Calling menu and then select the Add a New Line option.

3 After making your selections in the respective drop-down lists, click the Save button to commit your changes.

Remove an Extension

At any moment, you have the ability to remove extensions that have been allocated to a user.
1 Go to the Users section in the customer view of https://admin.webex.com, and then choose the user whose account you wish to remove the extension from.

2 Select the extension that you wish to delete from your phone by clicking the Calling tab.

3 Select the icon, then select Remove Line from the menu that appears.

4 Select the Remove Line option.
