The availability of Webex Contact Center in each country is taken into consideration while compiling the list of countries that may be selected from the drop-down menu labeled “Country of Operation” in the Setup wizard. In the article titled “Offer Description: Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan Contact Center,” there is a section titled “Geographic Terms and Restrictions.” This part contains a list of the countries in which Webex Contact Center is currently offered.

The system creates the tenant in the data center that is geographically closest to the location specified by the Country of Operation option that is found on the Contact Center tab of the Setup wizard.

Chat services are provided by Webex Teams for the Webex Contact Center. It’s possible that the data for Chat services are not stored in the same data center as the data for Webex Contact Center.
