Buy a Webex subscription

During checkout, you can choose from a variety of Payment methods. As long as your subscription is active, we will continue charging that payment method.

PayPal, Apple Pay, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Discover Business Cards are among the payment methods we accept.

*Payment options are not displayed when PayPal or Apply Pay are unavailable in your country.

You cannot use more than one payment method. To make a purchase, you cannot use more than one method of payment.

Debit or credit card

Your Webex subscription can be paid for with either a debit card or a credit card. As part of the purchase process, the customer will have to enter this information along with the billing address.

There is a high level of security and encryption applied to all transactions.

Before you begin

  • During the payment process, you have to use a credit or debit card issued by the same country as the tenant.

Pay with a card

You will then be directed to the Checkout page, where you will need to enter your credit or debit card details. The name printed on the card, the card number, the expiration date, as well as a 3 or 4-digit security code (CVV) must be provided.

Choose Remember this card for future purchases if you would like the details of the card to be saved for your next purchase.

You can confirm your order by clicking Place Order after you have verified your order.

Your subscription will be activated once we have confirmed that your payment has been received and processed.

Troubleshoot

Check the following if you are having trouble using your credit or debit card to make a payment:

  • Your connected card details. There are several details that need to be entered correctly, including your name, the card number, the expiration date, the billing address, and the CVV code.

  • Your card is active. For the first time that you are using a new credit or debit card, you will need to activate it first.

    For more information about activating your card, please contact the card issuer with which your card was issued.

  • Your credit limit or available funds. It is important to make sure you have sufficient credit or funds to cover the cost of your order in advance. Ensure that you confirm your financial institution’s policy by contacting them.

  • Your browser security. You will be unable to complete your purchase if you do not have an up-to-date browser. Consider using a different device to make your purchase.

The troubleshooting steps above might not solve your issue, so it might be worth trying a different payment method or getting in touch with your bank for additional assistance.

PayPal

Your information is stored by PayPal, so all you need to complete your order is your email address and password to ensure that your information is protected.

Before you begin

  • A valid credit card or bank account as a source of funding must be linked to your PayPal account as part of the funding process.

    On PayPal.com, you can create an account if you do not already have one.

Pay with your PayPal account

  1. In the section where you can enter your payment details on the Checkout page, scroll down until you see PayPal.
  2. You will see the option to pay with PayPal once you click it, and then you will be prompted to log into your PayPal account.
  3. Click Agree & Continue once you have reviewed the PayPal agreement.
  4. You can confirm your order by clicking Place Order after you have verified your order.

When your subscription is activated, we will send you an email to let you know when your payment has been processed.

Troubleshoot

There may be a problem with your PayPal account if you do not know how to proceed.

  • Your connected card details. If you are unable to save your payment details in your PayPal account, then you will need to check to ensure they are left as they are in PayPal, or choose another method of payment.

  • Your browser security. Remove all caches and cookies from your computer. For your purchase to be successful, you must update your browser if it is not up-to-date.

There are a few things you should try before contacting PayPal for further assistance. The following are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve your issue.

Apple Pay

There are several benefits to using Apple Pay besides the convenience of fast and secure payment. Apple Pay payments will not incur any additional fees, and the pricing will be the same as when you pay with other credit cards. There will be no storage, sharing, or transmission of your card number as your payment will either be made with Touch ID or with a device-specific transaction code.

In order to set up Apple Pay on your iPhone, Apple Watch, or other compatible device, you need to add your credit, debit, or prepaid card to the Wallet app.

Before you begin, you need

  • Apple Pay can only be used on devices running iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, or macOS with the most recent version of these operating systems.

  • Card issuers who participate in the program must issue a card that is supported.

  • It is necessary to have an Apple ID that is signed into iCloud.

Pay with Apple Pay

The Apple Pay feature is only available on Safari for online payments when Apple Pay is displayed as an option when you are shopping online.

Alternatively, you can choose Apple Pay as your method of payment by selecting the Apple Pay button on the screen.

If you would like to pay with a different card than your default card, you need to select the next option or expand the menu.

Fill in your billing and shipping information if necessary, and enter your contact information as well.

This information is stored by Apple Pay for the next time you use it.

Using one of the supported devices, confirm your payment:

  • You can use Face ID on your iPhone or iPad by double clicking the side button, then entering your PIN or using Face ID.

  • Use Touch ID or your PIN on your iPhone or iPad if you don’t have Face ID.

  • You can do this by double clicking the side button of your Apple Watch.

  • You can use the Apple Pay service on Macs with Touch ID by following the prompts on the Touch Bar. If the Touch ID feature is not activated, tap the Apple Pay icon and follow the instructions.

  • Your Apple Watch or iPhone connected to Bluetooth should be used to confirm payment if your Mac does not have Touch ID. On every device, you must use the same Apple ID.

After your payment is successful, a check mark appears on the confirmation screen. When your subscription is active, we will email you with the next steps once we have processed your payment.
