Shazam 2 Release Date: Shazam! After the initial teaser premiered at Comic-Con, it was expected that Fury of the Gods will offer us more of the Shazam Family later this year.

The sequel’s official title was announced at DC FanDome in August 2020, although we won’t see the hero and his superpowered family again until March 2023.

The protagonists from the first film will return in Shazam 2 for another action-packed journey to save the planet. The main character, Billy, will begin to doubt his own superpowers and whether or not he is up to the task of being a superhero in the sequel.

In addition to doing some soul-searching, Billy needs to rein in his superhero-level siblings and be ready to fight off the Atlas sisters.

The sisters want Billy and the Shazam family’s powers back at any cost, and they seem determined to get their hands on them. The wizard who bestowed his abilities upon Billy forewarned him that the sisters would one day come for him, and Billy broke the Wizard’s power transfer in the first installment.

The Shazam family must stop the Atlas sisters at any cost in the second installment, when the sisters have rebuilt the same in an effort to steal their powers.
