Virgin River Season 5 Release Date: Virgin River was renewed for a fifth season along with its fourth season in September 2021. Filming for the fifth season began on July 18, 2022, and is set to end on November 10, 2022. For the new season, Patrick Sean Smith takes over as showrunner from Sue Tenney.

On the other hand, if we look at when Season 4 came out, we can see that filming was done in December 2021, but the season didn’t come out until July of the following year. Grayson Gurnsey is Missing

Grayson Gurnsey is one of the characters who isn’t in the recent behind-the-scenes photos, which we all know. We know that Ricky left town for basic training in the last episode of Season 4, so he might not be on our screens for a while.

“It was decided that he would be in basic training until December,” Smith says, pointing out that the show’s slower pace will make it seem like Ricky has been gone even longer. “I won’t say you have to wait until Season 10, but he’s a fan favorite. Everybody loves him. Ricky is probably someone we’ll see again in the future.”
