Reverend Julian Kyula, a city preacher of purpose church centre who also moved on to become an entrepreneur, faces allegations of holding employees captive without paying them for a period of seven months.
According to the blogger Cyprian Nyakundi, insiders have informed him that the city preacher ultimately turned out to be a con artist.
"The reason I am writing to you is because I am quite frustrated with a company known as Edomx Ltd. " Nyakundi learned from the sources that Julian Kyula founded and oversees this financial technology organisation.

According to his posture, he is a "serial entrepreneur" and a flashy community preacher. For more than seven months, the Edomx crew has been working without receiving a salary.
"We've been escalating this prolonged issue to our HR team and line managers, but the best they've done is to PR manage us, even retrenching others," according to the sources.
The company laid off 70% of the crew in 2022, and they have yet to pay them their final salary for December 2022.
"I am writing to ask for your assistance because Julian Kyula has a very strong legal team, and if I decide to go to the labour court, he may simply drown me. Because of this, I am reaching out to you for help.
"Because we cannot pay school fees, the majority of us keep our children at home. Additionally, we have locked our houses and placed them up for auction. In this economic climate, it is not fair to leave your money that you have worked so hard to get and the months of labour that you have put in on the table. This is a desperate demand for justice," sources added.
" Despite the termination of our contracts in 2022, we have continued to work for a period of one year and seven months.
Checking the law reveals that it is illegal to run a CBK-licensed fintech company and allow your staff to handle sensitive data without first requiring them to sign contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
This suggests that the Edomx leadership has been aware until now.
Edomx is the owner and operator of Beulah City Ltd., a real estate company, and FARAJA, an interest-free loan company.
