FlyOne Refund

FLYONE issues refunds on the unused portion of your ticket. Also, the Carrier makes a refund to the person who has paid for the reservation after submission of satisfactory proof of the transaction. In case the passenger has not paid for the ticket and there is a restriction on refund then the person who purchased the ticket is entitled to the refund. Travellers seeking a refund are required to surrender the flight coupon or payment receipt, except for lost or stolen tickets.

FLYONE has different refund provisions in cases of voluntary refunds and involuntary refunds. In cases of involuntary refunds where FLYONE fails to meet its obligations, the passenger will be refunded the full fare. As far as voluntary refunds go, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the cancellation fees or service charges. FLYONE collects a penalty fee when processing refunds on Loyal and Advantage fares upon you cancelling your reservation.

FLYONE can refuse a refund when you submit your application six months after your ticket validity has expired. The Carrier initiates refunds in the same currency as the ticket purchase and as per the applicable country laws.

If you have made your FLYONE reservation via the website or mobile app, you can apply for a refund via the “Manage Booking” portal. Contact the travel agency if you have made your reservation through them.
