Passengers can book their preferred seats on Air Arabia flights at the time of booking. Once your flight ticket is booked, you can access the “Manage Bookings” portal to reserve your seat online. Alternatively, you can call the Air Arabia Contact Centre to add seats to your booking offline. You can choose among window, aisle, and middle seats, based on your preferences. While Light Fares and Basic Fares do not include free seat selection, Value and Extra Fares have provisions for seats in the booking. Although Air Arabia makes all efforts to reserve your preferred seats, your seat could be reassigned due to safety and operational issues.

Air Arabia Check-In Information

Air Arabia allows passengers to check in to their respective flights online and via the airport counter. If you are flying from Europe, you can start checking in to your flight online 48 hours before departure time via the airline portal. After furnishing all the mandatory details during the online check-in process, the system will generate your boarding pass. You are required to print your boarding pass to show to the airport authorities.

For most flights, the Air Arabia airport check-in counters are open between 3 hours and 1 hour before scheduled departure. Air Arabia Flight Changes

When flying with Air Arabia, you can modify your reservation up to 24 hours before scheduled departure. Access the Air Arabia website to make changes to your booking instantly. The Air Arabia Manage Bookings portal allows for modifications of the date of travel and your destination. To modify your Air Arabia booking, you have to provide your Reservation Number and pay the fare difference and applicable charges. Flyers can also call the Air Arabia Contact Centre to request for flight changes. A new ticket will be issued to you upon making the payment. Free tickets and promotional tickets are not eligible for modifications when traveling with Air Arabia.

Air Arabia Flight Cancellations

Air Arabia permits travelers to cancel their reservations online and offline. Go to the Air Arabia Manage Bookings portal to cancel your booking online. Or, contact the Air Arabia Call Centre for offline flight cancellations. You have to provide your Reservation Number to cancel your flight and pay the applicable cancellation fees. Flyers have up to 24 hours before departure time to cancel their booking if they hold a Basic Fare. When you purchase the “Flexi” option or an “Extra Fare, you have up to 8 hours before flight departure time to cancel your flight without a cancellation charge. Besides promotional and free tickets, travelers cannot cancel flights to and from Morocco.

Air Arabia Refunds

As per the Air Arabia refund policy, travelers will be refunded as per their fare rules. In the case of nonrefundable tickets, the Carrier offers refunds in the form of Travel Credit, which is valid for 12 months from the date of booking of your original ticket. You can redeem your travel credit via Air Arabia Contact Centre or certified agents. With a refundable Air Arabia ticket, you are entitled to a refund in the same currency and mode of payment as the ticket purchase. Air Arabia reserves the right to deduct administration fees, handling charges, and taxes from the refund amount as per the fare conditions.

Air Arabia Baggage Allowance

Air Arabia calculates your baggage allowance based on your fare type.

Air Arabia allows Basic, Value, and Extra fare passengers to bring 1 item of hand baggage weighing up to 10 kg, with maximum dimensions of 55cm * 40cm * 20cm. Lite fare passengers can carry 1 piece of handbag that is to be stored under the passenger seat.

When it comes to checked baggage, Lite and Basic fare ticketholders have no free allowance. As a Value fare ticketholder, you can bring up to 20 kg to 30 kg hold baggage. Extra Fare travelers are entitled to 40 kg free checked baggage allowance.
