Launching a Singing Competition for Vietnamese Expats Worldwide

The Competition aims to bring together Vietnamese people from all over the world and promote awareness of the country’s rich culture, as stated by Unicorn Vietnam, the event organizer.

The competition will be open to Vietnamese citizens aged 16 and above, and will be divided into three categories – light music, folk music, and bolero. The winner of each category will receive a cash prize of VND300 million.

Furthermore, the winners will also have the opportunity to perform in various music shows both domestically and internationally.

The inaugural edition of the competition will be held in Europe, where the organizers have already received registrations from participants in France, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Bulgaria.

The semi-final round is scheduled to take place in mid-November in Europe, while the final night will be held at the Saigon Opera House in Ho Chi Minh City in late December.

The judging panel will include several well-known celebrities, such as singers Thu Minh, Quang Le, Bang Kieu, Ho Quang Tam, Duong Trieu Vu, Trang Nhung, journalist Ngo Ba Luc, as well as young singers To My and Khanh Du.
