Vietnam Weather Outlook for National Day Celebration

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has released a weather forecast bulletin for Vietnam’s National Day holiday, which will last from September 1 to September 4.

In northern Vietnam, sunny days are expected with no rain during the night. The average daily maximum temperature ranges from 31 to 34 degrees Celsius, with some areas exceeding 34 degrees.

In Hanoi, the typical daily maximum temperature ranges between 32 and 34 degrees Celsius.

Sunny days are expected with no rain during the night in northern Vietnam.

In central Vietnam, provinces between Thanh Hoa and Thua Thien Hue will experience little rain and sunny days. The maximum daytime temperature is expected to be between 32 and 35 degrees Celsius.

Heavy rain and thunderstorms are forecasted to spread across the region between Da Nang and Binh Thuan. The highest temperature is expected to range from 31 to 34 degrees Celsius. During thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, and severe wind gusts are possible.

The Central Highlands and Southern regions will see rains at dusk until the end of the holiday. The highest temperature in the Central Highlands is expected to be between 27 and 30 degrees Celsius, while in the South, the temperature will range from 29 to 32 degrees Celsius. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.

AccuWeather, a U.S. weather service, predicts temperatures of 15 to 25 degrees Celsius in high-altitude areas like Sa Pa, Lao Cai Province, and 25 to 34 degrees Celsius in Hanoi this week.
