The Night Audit Team Leader welcomes all guests and takes care of them from arrival through to departure.

They contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.

They ensure a smooth and secure environment to all the guests during the night and supervise and support the Night auditors team.

Your responsibilities include:

· Assisting the Front Office Manager with the night audit process

· Handling disruptive guests and ensure their discreet removal from the property if needed

· Being responsible for all other departments in the absence of their respective managers for the duration of the night time operation

· Enforcing policies and procedures in order to achieve superior levels of service

· Handling all complaints promptly and efficiently, Ensuring follow up to determine the source of the complaint and resolution of the problem

· Ensuring the Hotel is operating efficiently and according to hotel policy

· Ensuring all public areas, outlets and the Front Office areas are clean at all times

· Monitoring occupancy to obtain maximum yield

· Ensuring all basic Liquor Licensing Laws are adhered to

· Applying full knowledge of fire procedures and take control in the case of fire

· Maintaining control and supervision of all audit functions

Work Experience

We are looking for a person who would:

• Have excellent customer service skills

• Have great organizational and administration skills

• Need to work as part of the Night Reception Team providing an efficient, effective and attentive service to all our guests.

• Have strong communication skills & a pro-active approach to your work.

• Ensure that the guests are completely satisfied at every stage of their stay with us, from check-in to check-out.

• Be working closely with the Night Team Leader & Night Manager to produce reports, monitoring the results and auditing controls in place.

• Ideally have a good knowledge of FOLS.
